Taking collections in a new direction.
Our Collection Technology.
In today’s collection environment, many of the larger companies seem “married” to their technology. Some companies spend hundreds of thousands, and in some cases millions, of dollars annually on internal IT departments and worn out technology. It is easy to see why that “marriage” exists. The cost of upgrading or changing antiquated systems can be prohibitive and even more companies are currently spending to band-aid their present technology. Additional programming to keep 20 year old systems compliant with today’s regulatory demands, which seem to be constantly changing, is a huge burden on less nimble corporations.
Key2's collection software is an integrated, full-function receivables management system - the only system that can be described as being intelligent. To be described as "intelligent", a system must be capable of making decisions in the same way a human would, taking both rules and exceptions into consideration. The level of intelligence of the machine would be measured based on how difficult it was to differentiate between decisions made by the machine and the human. This system can be trained to think, understand, evaluate complex situations and make decisions in the same manner that a human expert would. The result is a system that offers operational flexibility, automation, management control and levels of productivity that cannot be approached using conventional data-based systems.
The bottom line is that while small, this state of the art technology allows Key2 to function as a much larger organization due to the efficiencies gained in the functionality, while giving our clients even greater flexibility and customization than currently offered by larger collection firms.
