Yes. We can provide our SOC 2 Type 2 report, PCI DSS Attestation of Compliance and state license copies. The SOC 2 report may require a nondisclosure agreement.

How do residents pay?

Online at pay.key2recovery.com, by phone at 877-322-5392, or by check or money order by mail. Card payments run through a PCI-validated gateway.

How do you handle disputes?

We follow the FDCPA and Regulation F. When someone disputes a balance or asks for validation, we pause collection on that account, obtain the documentation and send it to them.
